1985 Lancia Delta S4 Group B - car poster print

Introduced in 1985 and winning its first event, the Lancia Delta S4 is one of the most famous and successful Group B rally cars. It replaced the 037 (hence 038 as its prefix on chassis numbers), and was a technical tour-de-force featuring a turbocharger and supercharger on its mid-mounted 1.8 litre engine. It produced just over 480bhp and yet weighed just under 900kg. Between 1985 and 1986 Lancia made just 28 competitions cars, with another 200 as 'Stradale' road cars for homologation, which had many differences.
