1993 Honda NSX Type R - Championship White - car poster print

The NSX was launched in 1989 and first sold in 1990, to much acclaim from the motoring press. Widely referred to as one of the finest driving cars at the time, it was a direct result of being developed in co-operation with the legendary Ayrton Senna. A further development of the car to compete with manufacturers such as Porsche, Honda produced the NSX Type R (or NSX-R). The car was stripped out, with soundproofing removed, along with various other light-weighting techniques. The car also had a lower final drive, resulting in faster acceleration. The chassis under went detail changes and strengthening to make the car handle even better at the limit. Type R's are now highly sort after and collectible.
