1997 Porsche 911 (996.1) Carrera Aerokit - Arctic Silver - car poster print
The Porsche 996 was the first water cooled 911. Launched in 1997, it moved the 911 brand on significantly. Among the huge list of Porsche Exclusive options were the Carrera Aerokit (option XAE) and Cup Aerokit (option XAA), available as a factory fitted options. They had the GT3 look but as a regular Carrera model. The 'Cup' version of the kit was the fitment of the 'Taco' style rear spoiler and was only available on the coupe.
